Abstract
This research aims to study the effects of various dimensions of social responsibility on improving the financial and non-financial performances of companies. For this purpose, the information of 107 companies listed in the Tehran Stock Exchange in the time period of 2010-2019 was extracted, and the hypotheses were evaluated and examined using statistical and econometric methods. The research findings indicate that the legal and moral dimension of social responsibility has no significant effect on changes in Tobin's Q ratio, while the social dimension of social responsibility has a positive and significant effect on changes in Tobin's Q ratio. On the other hand, the social dimension of social responsibility has a positive and significant effect on changes in structural capital, and the moral and legal dimension of social responsibility does not have a significant effect on changes in structural capital.
