آزمون مدل اقتضایی مراحل تکامل حسابداری مدیریت: رویکرد ماتریس اهمیت- عملکرد

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش ارائه و تحلیل الگوی تاثیر فاکتورهای اقتضایی بر بکارگیری ابزارهای مراحل تکامل حسابداری مدیریت شرکت­ها است. در این پژوهش 12 فاکتورِ اقتضایی شامل ساختار سازمانی، استراتژی تجاری، رقابت بازار، اندازه شرکت، حمایت مدیران ارشد، منابع مالی، سرمایه انسانی، تکنولوژی، محیط اقتصادی-سیاسی، عامل فرهنگی، بخش حرفه­ای و عدم اطمینان محیطی مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. برای تحلیل داده­های شرکت­های عضو نمونه که متشکل از 117 شرکت پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است، از مدل­سازی معادلات ساختاری و برای آزمون مدل از نرم­افزارSmart PLS3 استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که 3 فاکتور اقتضایی عامل فرهنگی، ساختار سازمانی و اندازه شرکت بر بکارگیری ابزارهای مرحله اول تکامل حسابداری مدیریت؛ 9 فاکتور اقتضایی محیط اقتصادی، محیط رقابتی، ساختار سازمانی، اندازه، سرمایه انسانی، استراتژی تجاری، تکنولوژی، عامل فرهنگی و بخش حرفه­ای بر استفاده از ابزارهای مرحله دوم تکامل حسابداری مدیریت، 7 فاکتور اقتضایی محیط خارجی، محیط رقابتی، ساختار سازمانی، سرمایه انسانی، منابع مالی، عامل فرهنگی و بخش حرفه­ای بر بکارگیری ابزارهای مرحله سوم تکامل حسابداری مدیریت و در نهایت 8 فاکتور اقتضایی عدم اطمینان محیطی، محیط رقابتی، محیط اقتصادی، منابع مالی، سرمایه انسانی، تکنولوژی، استراتژی تجاری و حمایت مدیران ارشد بر استفاده از ابزارهای مرحله چهارم تکامل حسابداری مدیریت تاثیر معناداری داشته­اند.
